Track your Action

To get started, open the Activeness app on your Apple Watch and follow the onscreen steps. Your Apple tree Scout lets you know when you lot reach your goals and it offers suggestions and encouragement to assistance you shut your rings. Learn how to shut each ring or alter your goals.

  1. On your iPhone, open the Watch app.
  2. Tap the My Watch tab, so tap Activity.
